David George  1946 – 2025

David Richard George, 78, of Mesa, AZ passed away on January 7, 2025 after several years of adapting to Alzheimer’s Disease. He was born on May 2, 1946, in Pittsburgh, PA to Harry and Virginia George.
David was known for his deep love and unwavering commitment to his family and friends, his remarkable work ethic, and quick wit-often quoting favorite actors like Bill Murray and Leslie Nielsen. He was a graduate of Youngstown State University and a member of Theta Xi fraternity.
In 1995, after moving to Arizona, Dave worked in the heavy machinery industry before founding his pool service business. He proudly worked alongside his son, Dustin, for 14 years. He was a long time member of IPSSA, serving as treasurer and president.
Dave was an avid reader and enjoyed Sudoku puzzles and card games with friends and family. He enjoyed golf, diving and football, especially his time with Pennsylvania’s Big 33.
David is survived by his beloved wife, Rebecca; his children, Trevor (Julie), Brian (Kacey) and Dustin; his grandchildren: Remi, Brinley, Corbin, Arabelle, Arlo, Andrew, Jason, Evan, Bronson and Milena; his brother Harry Jr., and his nephews and niece.
A memorial service will be held on January 16, 2025 at Meldrum Mortuary from 2pm-4pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley Arizona in David’s name.

William (Bill) Robling  1945 – 2025

William Alexander Robling  March 13, 1945 ~ March 23, 2025 (age 80)

William (Bill) A. Robling of Naples, Fl passed away on March 23, 2025, at the age of 80. He was born on March 13, 1945, to William R. and Irene Robling in Pittsburgh, PA.
Bill graduated from Wilkinsburg High School and Alliance College with a degree in Business in 1970. Following graduation, Bill Joined IBM as a sales representative in Erie, PA. While in Erie he traveled in the evenings to Case Western in Cleveland, Ohio to earn his MBA.

Bill’s entire career was with IBM, with a short time with Lotus Development which IBM eventually acquired. As the initial IBM are often translated, I’ve Been Moved, after Erie he served in sales and marketing positions in Youngstown, Ohio; Detroit, Michigan; Atlanta, Georgia; Indonesia; Washington, DC, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

In 1984 he married Diane Sallade, and they had two sons Nathan (in 1988) and Ian (in 1991). Bill later divorced and in 2018 married Joyce Lansberry and they moved from the Pittsburgh area to settle in Naples, FL. Bill was well known for his ability to root out interesting and excellent eating establishments and Naples provided him with a very fertile territory.

Bill was a life-long Presbyterian and served in churches wherever IBM moved him. In Pittsburgh he was also very active in Boy Scout Troop 329 with his two sons.
Bill is survived by his wife Joyce; sons Nathan and Ian; brothers Ollie and Dave and sister Ellen.
A visitation will be held on Sunday March 30th from 12 noon until 2:00 PM with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM at Fuller Funeral Home – East Naples, 4735 Tamiami Trail E, Naples, FL 34112. Bill will then be transported to Pittsburgh, PA.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025 from 10:00 AM until 12 Noon with a funeral service to follow at 12:00 PM, at H. P. Brandt Funeral Home, 1032 Perry Hwy, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.

Interment will follow at Allegheny County Memorial Park, Allison Park, PA to be attended by family only.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Heart Association or the Boy Scouts in Pittsburgh, PA.
